My name is Roy Hadley and I have been helping student-athletes and their families for years.
As the father of four student-athletes and as a lawyer, I am well versed in not only the legal and compliance issues surrounding playing at the collegiate level, but also the impact that sports can have on a young person’s life - financially, socially, and academically. Most of these impacts are good but some can be negative.

Name Image and Likeness (NIL) is the greatest change for student-athletes and their families since the creation of the NCAA. NIL also presents one of the greatest challenges for colleges, universities and athletic programs.
That said, I can help!
If you are student-athlete (either in college or in high school) I can help you navigate the pitfalls and challenges of NIL. You may have an agent or work with a promotional company or agency - I can work with them to insure your success in the NIL space.
Not all NIL deals are the same.
Remember, all NIL deals are not the same. Some can create great opportunities for you but some can create long-term issues for you and your family. Also, state laws can impact you and can make some NIL deals illegal.
If you are an academic institution or college sports program, compliance is going to be at the forefront of navigating NIL rules and laws. You also need to consider the competitive advantages NIL can present to your athletic programs.
